A Clean room, convenient metro, helpful staff

A Weak Wi-Fi signal, small bathroom, no restaurant

I thought the staff were very helpful. I thought the location good.

I found the hotel lacking in atmosphere and somewhat clinical for my taste. I felt a little as though I was in some sort of time capsule. However, I did get the hang of it but the reality is that the hotel is somewhere to sleep and get washed but not somewhere to relax.

The rooms are efficient, staff friendly and helpful, service available when needed.

Recommend it for budget travelers

The shower gel provided smelt lovely and the hand sanitiser at reception was a nice touch,, really appreciated that. They were friendly on arrival and let me keep my bags after check out when my flight was late,, it was helpful.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive,, but still acceptable.

Location, hotel design, cheap rooms

The lack of cleaners (one have to pay for room cleaning) makes longer stay uncomfortable.

Clean and reasonably equipped (ie, shower, telly, air con). However, it is like a little cubicle, with the bathroom being a tiny cubicle within the cubicle. Okay for a one night stop off, but nothing more. Location was reasonable - a 20 minute walk into the centre. Reception staff pleasant. If you want TV or wi-fi you have to pay extra (2 Euros each).

proximity to subway stations, nearby shopping options, good water pressure

Room sizes are convenient only for minimal luggage!!! Maintenance needs to address the cold drafts, cleaner toilets upon check-in, and addressing thin walls to reduce noise disturbances from neighbors!!!

It is a good hotel at a very good price and in good location

A very very good stay for shopping, stunning location. Neat, practical room provided with the cot bed will fit in, the bathroom, as example.

Lekker spot close to the metro, clean room with hot shower and super friendly staff. The chommie at reception gave us great tips for food spots around. Plus, we could stash our bags after check-out, a bonus!

Room was quite small. If you're broad-shouldered, might feel cramped.

nice and clean hotel. metro station next to the hotel (3 min walking). Two stops to the city centre. the hotel building is quite new, so everything in the room is working and very modern. rooms are quite small, but there is everything you need - bed, shower, sink, toilette, window. good value for the price.

no cabinets to store clothes etc, only two pegs for clothes. bed linen (the thing u use to cover yourself at night) is quite small for two people who are not in love :] but can't expect too much for that price.

Cheap room and staff is always very helpful.

the location of the hotel is beautiful, next to metro station and city centre. there is a lot of nice food for breakfast.

Convenient and budget-friendly!

Just spent a night here and it was super cute! The metro's right next door, made getting around so easy. I loved the little picnic area they had, perfect for grabbing a snack. Only downside was the bathroom could've been cleaner when I arrived. But the staff were really helpful, letting me stash my bags after check-out.

Clean, comfortable, unpretentious, no hassle finding the hotel, open 24 hours and fairly central to Sofia.

Had to pay for everything not included in room rate.

The staff were extremely helpful, ordering taxis, recommending restaurants and being generally cheerful! We had two small rooms which were perfect for stop overs, en suite and very clean.
